# AI Credits Guide

AI credits are the usage unit for Creght AI features. When you use AI to generate, edit, or optimize website content, credits are deducted based on the actual operation.

You can think of credits as the balance for AI features. When you have enough credits, you can continue using AI. When credits are insufficient, you can recharge AI credits in the product.

## When AI credits are consumed

Credits are usually consumed after you submit an AI request for generation, editing, or optimization. The exact usage may vary depending on the feature, task complexity, and model used.

| Scenario | Typical usage |
| --- | --- |
| AI website or page creation | Depends on site size, number of pages, and content complexity. |
| AI content editing | Depends on selected content, editing scope, and instruction complexity. |
| Adding pages or sections | Adding new pages or restructuring sections usually uses more credits than small copy edits. |
| Copywriting, translation, and SEO | Depends on text length, number of generations, and optimization scope. |
| Image or visual AI features | Image understanding, generation, or visual editing may consume more credits than regular text tasks. |

Based on the current product prompt, 100 credits can generate about 5 pages or complete about 40 edits. Actual usage varies by model and task complexity. Use the estimated usage before submission and final credit record as the reference.

## What AI credits can be used for

- Create a website draft from a short description.
- Generate page content and layouts based on industry, style, or reference images.
- Edit website text, buttons, product descriptions, and contact information in batches.
- Add pages, sections, case studies, team introductions, or contact-form copy.
- Adjust the page style, such as making it more technical, business-oriented, or suitable for foreign-trade customers.
- Generate, rewrite, translate, and optimize marketing copy.
- Assist with SEO titles, descriptions, and keywords.

## How to check your credit balance and usage

After entering Creght, check your AI credit balance from the account, plan, billing, or credits-related entry. After using AI, pay attention to credit changes, especially for batch edits, multi-page generation, or repeated retries.

If the credit usage does not match your expectation, keep the page, time, and operation details, then contact Creght support for help.

## How to reduce unnecessary credit usage

- When tasks are unrelated, start a **new conversation**. Continuing in the same old conversation makes the context longer, which may cause AI to read more history and consume more credits.

- For small edits, select the exact text, image, or page area before asking AI to modify it, so AI does not need to reinterpret the whole page.
- For batch edits, such as changing an entire table, select the whole table and describe the change once to reduce repeated submissions.
- If regular text can be edited manually, double-click and edit it directly to avoid AI credit usage.

## How to purchase or add AI credits

When credits are insufficient, open the **Recharge AI Credits** dialog in the product, choose a preset amount or enter a custom credit amount, then complete payment.

| 100 credits | ¥8.00 | Suitable for small trials or light edits. |
| 200 credits | ¥15.83 | Suitable for continuous generation or multiple content edits. |
| 1000 credits | ¥72.42 | Suitable for several rounds of generation and editing for one website. |
| 2000 credits | ¥128.00 | Currently about 20% off, suitable for higher-frequency use. |

Custom recharge amounts must be multiples of 100. Recharging 2000 credits or more is usually calculated at about 20% off. The final price, discount, and payment method are subject to the recharge dialog.

Your account balance can be used first. If the balance is insufficient, complete the remaining payment with Alipay or other supported methods. For team usage or enterprise purchasing, contact Creght support with your usage scenario.

## FAQ

### Do credits refresh automatically?

If your plan or campaign benefit includes recurring AI credits, credits are issued according to the corresponding rules. Regular recharged credits do not automatically refresh over time.

### Are there limits for custom recharge amounts?

Custom credit amounts must be multiples of 100, such as 300, 500, or 2000. Before payment, confirm the recharge amount and actual payment total.

### Do used credits affect refunds?

If you use AI website creation and request a refund, consumed credits may be deducted as cost. See the refund policy or contact support for details.
