Creght Acceptable Use Policy

1. Phishing, Fraud, and Impersonation

• Creating phishing, fraudulent, or otherwise deceptive websites;
• Impersonating a person, business, government body, bank, payment provider, or other brand;
• Copying a third party's login, payment, support, or account-verification page without authorization;
• Inducing visitors to disclose passwords, verification codes, payment details, identity documents, or digital-wallet information;
• Falsifying authorization, qualifications, transactions, investments, promotions, or support communications;
• Concealing the website operator, the purpose of data collection, or the recipient of collected information.

2. Malware and Cyberattacks

• Uploading, generating, hosting, or distributing viruses, trojans, ransomware, backdoors, credential-stealing scripts, or other malware;
• Accessing, scanning, testing, or attacking a system without authorization;
• Stealing data, passwords, cookies, tokens, or keys;
• Conducting denial-of-service attacks, brute-force attacks, or abusive automated requests;
• Circumventing Creght security, permissions, usage, payment, or moderation controls;
• Using Func, APIs, Auth, forms, or integrations for any of the above.

3. Illegal and Harmful Content

• Illegal activity or related tools, instructions, or transactions;
• Content that unlawfully threatens national security, public safety, or the public interest;
• Obscene sexual content, illegal gambling, prohibited goods, or unlawful services;
• Terrorist, extremist, violent, or hateful content;
• Content that exploits, endangers, or inappropriately targets minors;
• Knowingly false information likely to cause serious harm or public disruption.

4. Personal Information and Privacy

• Unlawfully collecting, buying, selling, disclosing, or publishing personal information;
• Collecting sensitive information without a clear and necessary purpose;
• Tracking or identifying visitors without required notice or authorization;
• Publishing another person's address, identification, contact details, movements, or private information;
• Using forms, Auth, CMS, or other features for credential theft or unlawful data trading.

5. Intellectual Property and Identity Rights

• Using another person's trademarks, branding, works, code, images, likeness, or protected material without authorization;
• Using a third party's name, mark, page, or domain in a manner likely to cause confusion;
• Removing or falsifying copyright, trademark, source, or AI-generation notices;
• Passing off bulk-copied or minimally modified material as original work.

6. Spam and Resource Abuse

• Sending unsolicited bulk marketing, spam, or deceptive messages;
• Creating malicious redirects, fake downloads, forced pop-ups, or deceptive-click pages;
• Manipulating traffic, rankings, clicks, registrations, reviews, or other metrics;
• Creating excessive accounts, projects, or domains to evade restrictions;
• Abnormally consuming compute, storage, bandwidth, AI Credits, or other platform resources;
• Reselling, renting, or providing unauthorized access to Creght accounts or service capacity.

7. Prohibited Uses of AI Features

• Generating phishing sites, scam scripts, malware, or methods for bypassing security controls;
• Impersonating a real person or organization in a misleading manner;
• Generating or distributing illegal, infringing, or seriously harmful content;
• Making decisions affecting health, safety, property, or other significant rights without appropriate human review;
• Improperly removing, altering, forging, or concealing legally required labels for AI-generated or synthetic content.

8. Detection and Investigation

• A description of the website's purpose and intended users;
• Identity or business-entity verification;
• Authorization to use relevant branding, trademarks, or page materials;
• The types, purposes, and destinations of data collected;
• A remediation statement and supporting evidence.
