Creght Terms of Service

Creght provides AI-assisted website creation, page and content editing, preview and publishing, hosting, Creght subdomains, custom-domain connections, asset management, CMS, forms, authentication, backend functions, and related services.

Features, capacity, usage allowances, and technical limits depend on the plan you select. We may improve or change the Services. If a change materially affects a paid service, we will provide reasonable notice unless immediate action is required by law or for security.

You must have the legal capacity required to use the Services. If you use Creght for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.

You must provide accurate information and protect passwords, verification codes, API keys, and account permissions. You may not sell, rent, lend, or impersonate an account, or use multiple accounts to evade limits, charges, or enforcement.

If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password and contact Creght immediately.

User Content includes text, images, audio, video, code, data, domains, trademarks, and other materials that you upload, submit, create, generate, or publish.

As between you and Creght, you retain your lawful rights in User Content. You grant Creght a non-exclusive license limited to hosting, displaying, backing up, generating, editing, supporting, and otherwise operating the Services. This license does not transfer ownership of your content.

You must have all rights and permissions required for User Content and remain responsible for the websites and materials you publish. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or non-unique, and you must review it before publication or commercial use.

Unless you separately and expressly authorize it, Creght will not use private projects, form data, Auth data, or website visitor data to train AI models. You may not improperly remove, alter, forge, or conceal legally required labels for AI-generated or synthetic content.

You are responsible for the websites you create and operate and for complying with laws applicable to their purpose and audience.

Creght may assign you a platform subdomain for use during your subscription. This does not transfer ownership, trademark rights, or a permanent right to that subdomain.

You may not use a Creght domain to impersonate others, cause brand confusion, commit fraud or phishing, or perform malicious redirects. We may disable resolution, restrict access, or reclaim a subdomain in response to violations, security risks, rights disputes, or lawful requests.

The domain holder is responsible for registration, renewal, DNS configuration, and the lawful use of custom domains. A third-party registrar's own terms may also apply.

You may not use Creght for fraud, phishing, brand impersonation, malware, unlawful collection of personal data, intellectual-property infringement, spam, attacks on the platform, or other illegal or harmful activity. See the Creght Acceptable Use Policy for details.

To protect users, visitors, and the platform, Creght may use automated systems and human review to investigate public websites, malicious code, abnormal traffic, complaints, and account-risk signals.

If we reasonably believe that a website or account presents a violation, infringement, or urgent security risk, we may warn the user, limit features, isolate or suspend a site, freeze publishing, remove content, or suspend or terminate an account. Confirmed phishing, fraud, malware, or credential theft may be disabled immediately without prior notice.

We may preserve relevant records and assist competent authorities as required by law. Unless disclosure is prohibited, would interfere with an investigation, or an urgent risk remains, you may appeal by emailing hi@creght.com.

Prices, billing periods, features, capacity, and usage rules are shown on the applicable purchase page. Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually.

If recurring billing applies, we will provide required notices and a reasonable cancellation method. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Refunds, plan changes, balances, and Credits are governed by the purchase page and applicable refund rules, subject to mandatory law.

Creght may use payment, cloud, AI-model, domain, analytics, authentication, and other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

We take reasonable care when selecting and managing providers, but cannot make guarantees beyond applicable law for services you independently enable, configure, or purchase.

You may stop using the Services or close your account through the available product process. Before closing an account, settle outstanding charges and export any data you wish to retain.

We may suspend or terminate Services for serious or repeated violations, extended non-payment, refusal of necessary security verification, lawful authority requests, or other circumstances where continued service would be unlawful or unsafe.

After termination, information will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with the Creght Privacy Policy and applicable law, except where retention is required for security investigations, disputes, or legal obligations.

The Creght platform, software, interfaces, trademarks, documentation, and related technology belong to Creght or the applicable rights holders. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or otherwise infringe those rights.

To report alleged infringement on Creght, email hi@creght.com with the relevant URL, proof of rights, and your contact details.

Creght uses measures appropriate to the nature of the Services to maintain security and availability, but internet services may be affected by maintenance, network failures, third-party services, force majeure, or security incidents.

To the extent permitted by law, Creght does not guarantee that AI output is always accurate, that the Services will never be interrupted, or that all third-party content is error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or security requirements. We will provide notice of material changes by email, in-product notice, or a prominent website notice and may request renewed acceptance where appropriate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith; unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction.
