Why did I purchase a plan, but my project is still on the free plan?
Our plans apply to individual “projects” rather than your entire account. Please find the project for which you purchased the plan to view your purchases.
Can I transfer my subscription to another plan after purchasing a plan for one project?
Currently, it is not supported to transfer plans within the Creght workspace, but you can contact Creght customer service for assistance.
Can I first purchase a lower version of the plan and then upgrade to a higher version?
As your business grows and the current plan no longer meets your needs, you can directly purchase other versions of the plan. The system will automatically calculate the remaining time of the current plan to convert to the new plan duration.
Can the plan be downgraded?
Yes, you can contact us or directly purchase a basic version plan to downgrade to the basic version at the lowest level. The system will automatically calculate the remaining time of the plan based on the basic version price.
What happens when the purchased plan expires?
After the plan expires, it will revert to the free version, and all resources will be reset to the free version (for example, the bound custom domain will become invalid, and a maximum of 5 pages will be allowed), but your website can still function and be accessed normally.
