Refund Policy
To protect user rights and improve product service experience, we have formulated the following refund rules. Please read this statement carefully before applying for a refund, and confirm that the order meets the refund conditions before submitting the application.
1. Refund Policy Principles
- 1.This refund policy only applies to users who cannot continue to use the product or service due to objective reasons. Malicious refunds or refund after abusing services are not supported.
- 2.All refunds are subject to payment channel handling fees. The current Alipay payment channel handling fee is 0.6% of the actual paid amount.
The refund amount calculation rules for different website building methods are as follows:
AI Website Building
If you choose the AI website building method, the cost corresponding to the consumed credits will be deducted during refund.
- Credit cost is calculated as 1 CNY = 10 credits
- Actual refund amount = Paid amount - Consumed credit cost - Payment channel fee
Design Website Building
If you choose the design website building method, only the payment channel fee will be deducted during refund.
- Actual refund amount = Paid amount - Payment channel fee
2. Refund Rules
The refund time limit starts from the successful payment time of the order.
7-Day Refund Window
You may submit a refund request within 7 calendar days after successful payment. The refundable amount is calculated according to the selected website-building method and actual usage.
▌ Non-refundable cases
Refunds are not supported in the following cases:
- 1.The order has been generated for more than 7 calendar days (168 hours)
- 2.Orders for which invoices have already been issued
- 3.Cases involving illegal use of products or services, including but not limited to:
- 1）Spreading illegal, non-compliant, or grey industry related information
- 2）Damage to our company's reputation, platform security, or economic interests caused by user behavior
3. Refund Process
- 1.The user contacts customer service via WeChat or phone to submit a refund application
- 2.Customer service verifies order information, refund conditions, and product usage
- 3.If the refund conditions are met after verification, we will initiate the refund within 3 business days, and the funds will usually be returned to the original path within 3-7 business days
- 4.If the refund conditions are not met, customer service will inform the specific reason during the communication process
