How to Upgrade a Plan

In Creght, you can create many projects. Projects are free by default, and you can upgrade a project plan to unlock more resources: more pages, custom domains and free SSL certificates, more storage and file-size limits, and CMS support.

Plans apply to a project, not to the whole account. If you create multiple projects, each project needs its own paid plan.

How to Upgrade

Open a project and click the menu in the top right. The popup shows your current plan and the plans available for upgrade.

Choose the plan you need, click Upgrade, and complete payment with Alipay.

FAQ

Why is my project still on the free plan after purchase? Plans apply to a specific project. Make sure you are viewing the project for which the plan was purchased.

Can I transfer a plan to another project? The workspace does not currently support self-service transfers. Contact Creght support for help.

Can I upgrade from a lower plan to a higher plan later? Yes. The system calculates the remaining value of your current plan and converts it into time on the new plan.

Can I downgrade? Yes. Purchase a lower plan and the system will calculate the remaining time according to the lower-plan price.

Can I buy the same plan again? Yes. Plan duration is added automatically.

Do you support refunds? Creght supports a 7-day no-reason refund. Contact support and refer to the refund policy.
