Small Files (Site Verification)

Small files are mainly used for website verification, such as Baidu Webmaster Tools or Google Search Console.
One common verification method is to upload a small text/HTML file to the root directory of your site.

Example: Google Site Verification

After adding your site to Google Search Console, you will see an option to download an HTML verification file under the “Recommended verification methods” tab:

1. Download the verification file.
2. In Creght Dashboard → Website → Small Files, click Upload and select the file you just downloaded.

Once the file is uploaded, return to Google Search Console and click Verify.
Google will check the uploaded file on your server to confirm that you own the site.

Notes

• Small files are typically only used for verification.
• The file size is usually less than 1 KB, so Creght restricts upload size accordingly. If you have special requirements, please contact our support team.
• If you need to upload assets such as images or videos, please upload them directly in the editor under the corresponding element settings.
